We’re now accepting walk-ins at Prairie Ridge Health - Hospital from 7am - 5pm on the last Tuesday of every month: no appointment or referral necessary!
Please note: Walk-ins are screening mammograms and not diagnostic mammograms. Screening mammograms are annual exams for women not experiencing breast abnormalities or other signs of cancer. If you’d like a diagnostic mammogram, fill out the form on this page or call:

Walk-In Mammogram Requirements
All participants must:
- Be age 40 or older
- Not have had a mammogram in the past 12 months/year (this ensure health insurance compliance)
- Not have had breast cancer in the last 3 years
- Not have had breast surgery or a breast biopsy in the past year
- Not have breast implants
- Not have any current breast problems or concerns (if you’re experiencing abnormalities, please contact your physician)
Remember to Bring the Following
- Be age 40 or older
- Your health insurance card
- The name of the facility where you had your last mammogram
- The name of your primary care provider (for notification results)
